50 Stephanie Street is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, with great access to transit, retail, amenities, and greenspace. Given this great access to area amenities, we are proposing a new mid-rise infill rental building to the north of the existing building. This new building will contribute much needed rental housing for people wishing to move to the area, as well as new amenities for current and future residents. As part of the proposal, the existing 24-storey apartment building at 50 Stephanie Street will remain.
